Old Dominion Realty, Inc. was founded by Clyde Pugh in 1962. The company moved its office from Bridgewater, Virginia in 1972 to South Main Street, in Harrisonburg, Virginia where the corporate office remains today.

George I. Sponaugle, Broker

ODR-WV LLC was formed in 2006 by the principal owners of Pendleton Realty and Old Dominion Realty Inc. for the purposes of operating a real estate office in Franklin, West Virginia under the trade name of Old Dominion Realty. The office is managed by George I. Sponaugle, Esq.   

• Currently, the companies have expanded to over 100 agents and staff located in six offices in Virginia and West Virginia.

• In 2005, Old Dominion Realty joined “Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,”  an association of the best-known local and regional independent real estate firms offering relocation and referral services.
